Things are getting steamy between Anne Hathaway and Nicholas Galitzine in the first look at The Idea of You.
Based on the Robinne Lee novel of the same name, the new film follows Hathaway as a divorced mother who strikes up a romance with a young pop star (Galitzine) after meeting him at Coachella.
Plans for the movie adaptation were first announced in 2018 and casting announcements were made several years later in 2022.
Fans got the first look at Hathaway and Galitzine in character as they were seen filming a steamy scene in October 2022 in photos obtained by E! News, and now, Prime Video has shared the first look at the new movie in their 2024 teaser trailer.
The film, which is based on the same-titled novel by Robinne Lee, follows 40-year-old single mother Solène Marchand (Hathaway) as she brings her 16-year-old daughter to Coachella. She meets 24-year-old boy band vocalist Hayes Campbell (Galitzine) at the festival, and the two soon develop a romantic relationship.
