Arón Piper and Manu Rios, who portrayed Ander and Patrick in the television series Abandoned Elite, are set to reunite in a new Netflix series called In Silenzio. The Italian title, which debuted today with the first official trailer and first images, is set to premiere in May.
Piper portrays Sergio Ciscar, a man who kills his parents while still a minor and serves six years in prison before being released. The reasons behind the crime and his intentions are still unknown because he remained silent and refused to assist the authorities throughout this entire period. Ana Dussel, a young psychiatrist, and her colleagues are entrusted with assessing Sergio’s possible threat to society by surreptitiously watching him day and night as though he were an animal.
Almudena Amor, Mikel Losada, Ramiro Blas, Cristina Kovani, Aitor Luna, and Aria Bedmar are also part of the Aitor Gabilondo-created series’ cast.
Extremely busy Manu Rios recently bid farewell to Patrick Blanco from Elite after filming the show’s sixth and final season. In May, he will be at Cannes with Pedro Almodovar’s Strange Way of Life. After playing Ander Muñoz in Elite for three seasons, Piper will soon be seen in the crime drama Fatum and the action Sayen.
